At Spoke Art, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-framed pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
